Terms of use
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the stay page and the help center of Tia Studio Apartment. They are short on purpose.
They do not change your booking. The contract for your stay is the one you made when you booked, with the platform and the host; if anything here seems to contradict it, the booking wins.
What this page is
A convenience: your arrival details, the Wi-Fi, the house rules and the help center in one place, for one stay. It is not a booking system — you cannot book, pay or cancel here.
Your link
- The link is personal. Anyone holding it can read your arrival details, so treat it like a key and do not post it publicly.
- It stops working about a month after checkout.
- The host can revoke it at any time — for instance if you say it leaked — and send you a new one.
What we ask of you
- If you enter a phone number, make it your own, and one that can receive messages.
- Use the page for your own stay. Do not try to reach another guest’s page or to work around the booking-code lookup.
- Follow the house rules shown on your page. They belong to the stay, not to this portal.
Accuracy
The host writes the arrival directions, the Wi-Fi details and the house rules, and keeps them current. Details still change — if something on the page does not match what you find, message the host. What they tell you is what counts.
Availability
The portal runs on a single small server and is offered as it is, with no promise that it is always reachable. If it is down when you need it, message the host: they can send your arrival details directly.
Limits of responsibility
So far as the law allows, the host is not responsible for losses caused by information on this portal being unavailable, out of date or wrong. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited — including your rights as a consumer and everything in the privacy notice.
Help center
The articles are general guidance about this property, written by the host. They are not advice about anything else.
Which law applies
The property is in Albania and the host operates from there, so Albanian law applies. If you live in the European Union you keep the consumer protections of your own country.
Changes, and how to reach the host
These terms can change; the date above says when they last did. Opening your page after a change means that visit is covered by the new text.
- The host has not published contact details here yet — reach them through the platform you booked on, and they will answer.
